AI Solutions
Most AI projects fail for a boring reason: nobody wrote down the problem first.
A tool gets bought because a competitor bought one. Licences get assigned to everybody. Three months later the renewal comes up and nobody can say what changed.
We work the other way around. Tell us which part of the week is wasted, and we will tell you whether AI is the right answer — and sometimes it isn't.
Start with the symptom, not the technology
Almost every AI conversation we have in Northwest Ohio starts with one of four complaints. Each one points somewhere different.
What we actually do
- AI consulting. The starting point if you don't yet know what you need. We look at how your business actually runs and come back with a short list of things worth automating and an honest note on what isn't.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot. The fastest route to value if your people already live in Office. We check your permissions before you buy licences, because Copilot will find everything your staff can technically already open.
- Custom AI agents. For the questions your team answers over and over — pricing, stock, policy, order status. An agent that reads your systems and answers consistently.
- Robotic process automation. For the systems that have no API and never will. A bot drives the screen the way a person does, only it doesn't get bored at 4pm on a Friday.
- n8n consulting. If you want workflow automation that runs on your own infrastructure, with your data staying inside your network.
Where AI pays off, and where it doesn't
We'd rather tell you no than sell you something that gets switched off in six months.
That last one is worth dwelling on. AI applied to bad data gives you wrong answers faster and with more confidence. If your item master has three spellings of the same supplier, fix that first — and that's a database problem, not an AI problem.
What an AI project looks like here
- A conversation, not a demo. We ask what takes too long and who it frustrates. No slides.
- A shortlist with numbers attached. Two or three candidates, each with a rough estimate of hours saved and cost to build. Including the ones we think you should skip.
- One thing first. We build the smallest useful version of the highest-value item and put it in front of real users.
- Measure, then decide. If it worked, we do the next one. If it didn't, you've spent a fraction of an annual licence commitment finding out.
- Someone owns it afterwards. Automations need maintenance. We either hand it over properly with documentation, or we keep running it as part of your support agreement.
Why Argyle for this
Plenty of people will sell you AI. Fewer of them will be there when it breaks at 7am.
We run infrastructure for a living. That matters more than it sounds: an AI agent that reads your ERP needs database access, credentials, monitoring, backups and somebody who understands what happens when the server it depends on reboots. We already do all of that for our clients.
We also write software and administer databases, which very few providers in this market do. When the honest answer is "that isn't an AI problem, your integration is broken," we can fix the integration instead of handing you back to your vendor.
And we're in Perrysburg. We serve Toledo, Maumee, Sylvania, Bowling Green, Findlay and the rest of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, and when something needs a person in the room, we drive.
